Status of this development:

 The Environmental Impact Report (EIR) has been certified by the city council; this approval clears the final hurdle and allows for construction to begin.

Facts about The Campus/Dixon257 Housing Development

  1. The project is located on an approximately 260 acre vacant site west of Pedrick Rd and north of Vaughn Rd.
  2. The project consists of a 48 acre Dixon opportunity center for up to 660,000 sq ft of warehousing, office and related uses
  3. 2.49 acres for commercial uses
  4. Up to 1,041 residential units consisting of low, medium, and high density housing
  5. 23.03 acre retention drainage basin
  6. Roadway improvements on and off site, to create a new Professional Drive, roadways through the project and widening of Pedrick Rd.
  7. Parks, paseos, and related infrastructure improvement both on and off site
