Blu housing development

1. This proposal is in development. The Gill and Timm families (landowners) are in support.  
2. The developers are in a legal skirmish with the city at present.  
3. The Development would include 358.86 acres of farmland and 1,750 new homes on “lakefront living.”  
4. Developers held a listening session at the fairgrounds and the meeting met with disapproval from the Dixon attendees.
